Role Description

  • Call inbound leads (diagnostic lab owners / managers) within the same business day of assignment
  • Qualify leads on fit, intent, and lab size — quickly disqualify junk to protect your pipeline
  • Run product demos over call/video — walk prospects through Flabs modules relevant to their lab
  • Handle objections on pricing, switching effort, and software adoption with confidence
  • Own your follow-up cadence end-to-end — no handoffs, no dropped leads
  • Drive leads to trial activation and then convert trials into paid subscriptions
  • Keep CRM updated in real time — every call logged, every next action set
  • Flag recurring objections and lead quality patterns to the sales manager weekly

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in B2B inside sales, SaaS sales, or telecalling — not FMCG or insurance
  • Comfortable running a full sales cycle solo — call, demo, follow-up, close
  • Strong objection handling — you don't give up after the first not interested
  • Disciplined follow-up habit — you use reminders, not memory
  • CRM literate — you've used TeleCRM, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Fluent in Hindi; clear written English for WhatsApp and email follow-ups
