Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads and inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest customized travel packages (domestic & international).
  • Prepare and share itineraries, quotations, and travel plans with clients.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for bookings, confirmations, and travel arrangements.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and packages.
  • Handle client concerns and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, bookings, and client interactions
