Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective sales pitches
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maximize revenue through strategic pricing and package offerings
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide information about RenTrip's vehicle rental services
Guide customers through the complete booking process
Process reservations and handle payment collection
Actively follow up on leads and close sales
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
Maintain high conversion rates
- Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of sales activities and conversions
Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics
Update CRM system with accurate sales data
Stay updated on vehicle inventory, pricing, and policies
Maintain knowledge of current promotional offers
Understand rental agreements and terms & conditions
