Experience Required:
- 1–2 years in sales, telecalling, or customer handling
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads
- Handle calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Convert leads into student enrollments
- Maintain batch strength by ensuring timely replacement of dropouts
Compensation:
- Fixed salary: ₹6,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹200 per successful student enrollment
- Expected monthly earnings: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000+ based on performance
Performance Targets:
- Generate a minimum of 84 leads per month
- Ensure batches remain at full capacity
