Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Indore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks will include understanding customer needs, presenting customized logistics solutions, negotiating contracts, and generating leads. The Sales Executive will also provide support in developing sales strategies to expand market reach and enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to identify leads, pitch services, and close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology for tracking client interactions
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience)
  • Experience in the logistics or courier industry is a plus but not mandatory
