Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our interior design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning potential client inquiries into signed interior projects. You will guide clients through design choices, material selection, and pricing, acting as the primary point of contact from initial consultation to project handover. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through networking, follow-ups, and managing inbound inquiries.
  • Client Consultation: Understand client needs, budget, and lifestyle to offer tailored home interior solutions (e.g., modular kitchens, wardrobes).
  • Presentations & Quotations: Present design concepts, materials, and price proposals effectively to close deals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with interior designers and project management teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, as set by management.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new products to offer valuable insights.
  • Project Monitoring: Perform periodic checks on project sites to ensure client satisfaction. 

  • Qualifications & Skills

    • Experience: Proven experience (2-5 years) in sales, specifically within the interior design, furniture, or modular kitchen industry.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal ( English , Hindi , Telugu ) and written communication skills ( English ) with strong presentation abilities.
    • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of interior design principles, layouts, and materials.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time management skills. 
    • Area – Nallagandla , Narsingi , Tellapur etc.

    • Monthly/Quarterly Sales Target Achievement
    • Lead-to-Closing Ratio
    • Client Satisfaction Score
