Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, travel agencies, and group segments.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Account Management
- Monitor and manage key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Maintain a detailed client database and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for clients.
- Market Research & Strategy Implementation
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies in line with hotel objectives.
- Revenue & Reporting
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Sales Manager.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in budget planning and revenue strategies.
- Collaboration & Representation
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote the hotel.
- Work closely with the Front Office, Reservations, and Marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Represent Holiday Inn Express professionally to all clients and external stakeholders.
