Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Revenue Generation
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, travel agencies, and group segments.
    • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Account Management
    • Monitor and manage key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
    • Maintain a detailed client database and update CRM systems regularly.
    • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service for clients.
  • Market Research & Strategy Implementation
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
    • Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies in line with hotel objectives.
  • Revenue & Reporting
    • Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by the Sales Manager.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
    • Participate in budget planning and revenue strategies.
  • Collaboration & Representation
    • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote the hotel.
    • Work closely with the Front Office, Reservations, and Marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Represent Holiday Inn Express professionally to all clients and external stakeholders.
