Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gujarat, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves presenting and promoting the company's range of products, negotiating contracts, and keeping up-to-date with market trends to identify new opportunities. The chosen candidate will collaborate with the sales team and provide exceptional customer service to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of industrial products, including bearings, lubricants, and metalworking fluids, is advantageous
• Proficient in market research, lead generation, and sales reporting
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Diploma Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales within the industrial sector is a plus
• Willingness to travel within Gujarat as required

Experience

• 1-2 years in relevant field with Marketing and Sales profile of industrial products
