Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - GT/MT based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with trade partners, executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing promotions, merchandising, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role will also involve market research, competitor analysis, and preparing reports to align sales objectives with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in General Trade (GT) and/or Modern Trade (MT) channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with trade partners and customers.
  • Proficiency in competitor analysis, market research, and preparing sales reports.
  • Analytical thinking and a strategic mindset for executing sales strategies and achieving targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven to work effectively in an on-site setting with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or retail sales, working with brands like P&G, 3M, or Adidas, is an advantage.
