Sales Executive (Gold Loan)

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and acquire gold loan customers

* Appraise gold ornaments and verify KYC documents at the customer's location.

* Ensure timely loan disbursement and deliver monthly sales targets.

* Travel within the assigned territory for customer meetings and gold evaluations.

* Generate leads from existing customers and referral networks.

* Drive productivity and revenue growth from new and repeat customers.

* Build long-term relationships with HNI customers for repeat business.

* Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and grievance resolution.

* Maintain strict compliance with all internal policies, processes, and regulations.
