Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to grow our presence in Goa (On-Trade). If you're passionate about craft spirits, know your way around the trade, and love building meaningful relationships with outlets and distributors - let's talk.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located throughout Goa for a Sales Executive responsible for On-Trade operations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales management and account management. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring overall sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and deliver quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and ground execution.
  • Expand and deepen distribution width across key accounts and outlets.
  • Collaborate closely with distributors and partners to optimize visibility and placements at On-Trade outlets.
  • Identify market opportunities through competitor scans, consumer insights, and territory mapping.
  • Activate new sales channels via prospecting, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and tastings to trade partners and key stakeholders.
  • Lead deal negotiations and resolve trade objections with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Coordinate with marketing, brand, and operations teams for seamless campaign executions.
  • Share market feedback and trade intelligence to inform brand and product decisions.

Requirements:

2 - 5 years of sales experience in liquor, beverage, or FMCG sectors.

Strong network in Goa preferred.

Proficient in both English and local languages.

Deep understanding of the trade landscape, placement strategy, and sales analytics.

Highly driven, target-oriented, and passionate about premium brands.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Skills We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong relationship-building ability across stakeholders.

Analytical and strategic thinking with hands-on field execution.

Fluency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a team.

Working Conditions:

Frequent travel across the state of Goa.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for industry events and account meetings.
