About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience and a strong understanding of the sales process.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, understanding client requirements, pitching services, negotiating with prospects, and closing deals. This role offers a fixed salary of ₹20,000 along with an attractive 30% incentive on every successfully closed deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
• Follow up consistently with potential clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal status.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding after closing.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Strong understanding of sales and lead conversion.
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in selling services, digital marketing, advertising, IT, or similar solutions will be an added advantage.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Incentive: 30% on every successfully closed deal
• No upper limit on earning potential based on performance.
