We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth in our FTL division.

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive with a proven track record in the logistics sector. You will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing accounts, and expanding our footprint in the FTL (Full Truck Load) market. If you understand the nuances of the transport industry and have a knack for closing deals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibility

  • Business Development: Identify and onboard new B2B clients requiring Full Truck Load (FTL) services.
  • Client Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
  • Market Mapping: Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and customer needs to pitch competitive logistic solutions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate rates and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring competitive pricing.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle placement and timely delivery for your clients.
  • Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibility

  • Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of dedicated sales experience in the Logistics/Transport industry (strictly FTL domain preferred).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of FTL operations, vehicle types, and market freight rates.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Network: An existing network of contacts or leads in the manufacturing/industrial sectors is a huge plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
