Sales Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Raipur. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective customers, explain FreshyZo's value proposition, and convert leads into regular subscribers. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, following up on inquiries, handling objections, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role involves collaborating with operations and delivery teams to align customer expectations with service capabilities, tracking sales performance, and preparing basic reports. The Sales Executive will also participate in local marketing activities, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements to strengthen FreshyZo's presence in the Raipur market.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads and meet defined targets.
• Customer service and relationship management skills to build trust and maintain long-term subscriptions.
• Basic marketing and outreach skills, including comfort with local promotions and field activities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in relevant local languages and English.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage time effectively, and handle field visits as needed.
• Familiarity with using smartphones, basic CRM tools, or spreadsheets for tracking leads and sales.
• Prior experience in FMCG, dairy, or doorstep delivery services is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
