Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role for freshers based in Guindy. The Sales Executive will engage with schools, colleges, and other institutions to promote SPACE's astronomy and space science programs, products, and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and presenting program offerings to decision-makers. The role also involves supporting demonstrations and events, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. The Sales Executive will be expected to achieve sales targets, gather market feedback, and represent the organization professionally at client locations and promotional activities.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain educational concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Interest in astronomy, space science, or STEM education, with a willingness to learn about SPACE's programs and offerings.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing (prior internship or project experience is a plus).
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to engage with educators, administrators, and institutional decision-makers.
  • Comfort with using email, office productivity tools, and basic CRM or data entry systems for tracking prospects and activities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, stay organized, and manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Science, or Education-related fields preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits, events, and outreach activities as required.
  • Positive, learning-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude suitable for fresh graduates starting a career in sales.
