Sales Executive

About the Role

FPS Logistics is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.
• Handle sales calls, meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert leads into business.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates with experience in logistics/freight forwarding will be preferred.
