Sales Executive – Bhilai Location (4 to 5 Years)
We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, and ambitious Sales Executive to drive ERP software sales across Steel, Ferro Alloys, Chemical, Metal & Mining, TLT companies.
About the Role
The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP software sale, Enterprise Sales, and Industrial sales. Should be comfortable managing the complete sales cycle, from cold outreach and lead qualification to product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure.
You will work closely with manufacturing business owners, directors, CXOs, plant heads, and functional leaders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our Spectrum ERP solution can help improve productivity, visibility, and business growth.
Location: Bhilai
Experience: 4 – 5 years in ERP Software Sales / Enterprise Sales / Industrial Sales
Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential manufacturing companies that fit the target customer profile.
- Understand customer pain points, business processes, operational challenges.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Conduct triage calls and qualification discussions with prospects.
- Conduct discovery meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Present Force Intellect's ERP solutions aligned with customer business needs.
- Communicate business value, ROI, and operational benefits of ERP
- Coordinate and conduct ERP demonstrations with prospects.
- Work closely with functional & implementation teams to showcase use cases.
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Drive opportunities and achieve successful closures.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, business owners, and senior management.
- Ensure excellent customer experience during the pre-sales process.
- Maintain strong pipeline via regular follow-ups to nurture prospects
- Track sales targets and performance metrics.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- 4 to 5 years of experience in ERP Software Sales, Enterprise Sales, Industrial Sales
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality, Maintenance, or Finance.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation experience.
- Ability to conduct discovery calls and customer requirement discussions.
- Experience in delivering software presentations and product demonstrations.
- Good negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
