Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, client handling, site visits, and closing deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, brokers, etc.)
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties (residential & commercial)
  • Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, legal, and projects)
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and closures in CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
