Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Executive for Healthcare, based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive intern will support outreach to prospective patients and partners, explain healthcare services (including weight loss and surgical offerings), and assist in converting inquiries into consultations. Daily responsibilities include contacting leads via phone and in person, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining an updated database of prospects, and following up to ensure a positive experience. The intern will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand service offerings, prepare basic sales materials, and participate in local promotions or events. The role also involves tracking sales activities, preparing simple reports, and sharing feedback from patients and partners to help improve services.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain healthcare services clearly and build trust with diverse patients and stakeholders.
  • Basic sales, customer service, or telecalling skills, including lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, and relationship nurturing.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, maintain records, and meet daily activity targets.
  • Comfort working in a clinical or healthcare environment and willingness to learn about treatments such as weight loss solutions and surgical services.
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking tools) and readiness to document all interactions accurately.
  • Self-motivated, ethical, and patient-focused approach, with a professional attitude in on-site and field interactions.
  • Graduate or current student in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
