The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for Cooling Pads Mfg Co. in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities for cooling pads in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with the cooling pads industry or related product lines is an advantage.
