Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in Bengaluru. Daily responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also analyze market trends, create proposals, coordinate with the distribution team, and ensure customer satisfaction through superior service and support.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen with skills in negotiation, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance sales
- Solid organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of the automotive or battery distribution industry is preferred
- Proven work experience in sales or a related field, preferably in automotive spares or battery distribution
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
