About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel and tourism industry and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences. You will be responsible for designing itineraries, coordinating with customers to understand their requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of all travel-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and requirements
• Coordinate with clients to ensure all travel arrangements meet their expectations
• Handle visa postings and related documentation
• Monitor and analyze operational performance and suggest improvements
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Management, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in operations and travel coordination
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Remuneration:

The position offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000, reflecting the candidate's experience and commitment to maintaining high operational standards. Additional growth opportunities within the organization will be based on performance and dedication.
