We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive business for our flexible packaging division. This is a frontline sales role focused on lead conversion, client interaction, and revenue generation across B2B segments.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients across food, FMCG, industrial, and export segments
- Generate enquiries and convert them into orders
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: outreach → requirement understanding → quotation → follow-up → closure
- Work closely with internal technical team to recommend suitable packaging structures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- Coordinate on sampling, trials, and production timelines
- Maintain pipeline, track leads, and report sales progress
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (packaging, printing, manufacturing preferred)
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate clearly to clients
- Comfortable with field sales + client meetings
- Result-oriented mindset with focus on closures
Good to Have
- Experience in flexible packaging or allied industries
- Existing network in FMCG / food / industrial sectors
