Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, pitching products or services, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves actively expanding market reach, maintaining a proactive approach to client follow-ups, and reporting on sales activity to the management team. Additionally, the selected candidate will ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to effectively pitch products and close deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple client accounts and meeting deadlines
- Basic knowledge of market research and customer needs analysis
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
