A3D Capital is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, target-driven financial sales professional to join our growing team in Gurgaon.

Role: Financial Product Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: 2.5 LPA – 5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 1–5 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Generate and convert qualified client leads

• Acquire new clients and build long-term relationships

• Understand clients financial goals and investment requirements

• Promote Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance & Investment Solutions

• Conduct client meetings and investment discussions

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Maintain strong post-sales client relationships
