Role Description The Sales Executive (Finance) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services within The Catalyst Group's finance vertical, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting meetings and presentations, explaining financial offerings in clear terms, and guiding clients through the onboarding and documentation process. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal finance and operations teams to ensure accurate service delivery, track pipeline and performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports. The position also involves staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines to support ethical and compliant sales practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Services knowledge to understand products, evaluate client needs, and ensure accurate guidance.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Finance skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly, negotiate effectively, and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess abilities in customer relationship management, basic data/Excel reporting, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field, along with prior experience in financial sales or banking, are highly beneficial.
- Strong ethical mindset, attention to detail, resilience in a target-driven environment, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting are preferred.
