Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive property and project sales through lead generation, client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and successful conversions. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, understanding their requirements, and achieving sales targets
Salary will be provided based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with potential customers through various channels.
- Handle property sales and real estate project sales.
- Conduct client meetings, field visits, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, features, and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and support the sales closure process.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily lead, follow-up, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer support.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with field work, site visits, and client meetings.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, Project Sales, or Field Sales is preferred.
Language Requirements:
- Tamil – Mandatory
- English – Preferred
