Role Overview
Convert inbound patient leads into hospital visits and surgery bookings through persuasive telephonic consultation. You will act as the first point of contact for patients inquiring about treatments like LASIK, Cataract, and Retinal surgeries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Call qualified inbound leads to understand patient eye-care needs and explain relevant treatments, pricing, and package options.
Appointment Scheduling: Book consultations, OPD appointments, and diagnostic procedures for prospective patients across our hospital branches.
Patient Counseling: Counsel patients on surgical procedures (LASIK, Cataract, Cornea), addressing queries, overcoming hesitations, and building trust.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update patient interaction records in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups on warm leads.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for OPD bookings and surgical conversion rates.
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in tele-sales, outbound phone sales, or healthcare patient counseling.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; strong active listening and objection-handling abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Excel.
Result-oriented mindset with high drive to meet conversion targets.
