Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Rohtak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our technology solutions and digital services.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Present and demonstrate company services to prospective clients.
- Understand client challenges and propose customized technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Gather client feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Track sales activities and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, including software development, web applications, mobile apps, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services, Software Sales, SaaS, or Digital Marketing sales.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Understanding of digital transformation and business automation solutions.
