Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Rohtak with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include researching market trends, delivering product presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
- Knowledge of the technology and digital solutions industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a hybrid environment
