Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Thane, Maharashtra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers and business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company's testing, inspection, and certification services. Daily activities include generating sales leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs. The role also entails achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Customer relationship management skills, client communication, and the ability to build strong professional networks
  • Sales planning and lead generation skills, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Effective negotiation and presentation abilities to close deals and represent the company at meetings and industry events
  • Knowledge of quality testing, inspection, and certification processes, particularly in the food, environmental, or pharmaceutical sectors, is advantageous
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Prior experience in a similar sales or business development role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support team activities
