Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Engineer's Realty, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling real estate properties, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes conducting market research, identifying potential clients, participating in site visits, and collaborating with the marketing and project teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and problem-solving
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks
  • Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is advantageous
  • Familiarity with property sales software and technology tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
