About the Role

Hiring energetic and target-driven sales professionals with 1–2 years of experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, counselling prospective learners, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
  • Follow up with warm leads and drive conversions
  • Maintain daily sales pipeline and CRM updates
  • Achieve monthly revenue and admission targets
  • Build strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Counselling sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with targets and incentive-driven environment
  • Basic CRM and MS Excel knowledge
  • Location: Delhi NCR
