About the Role
Hiring energetic and target-driven sales professionals with 1–2 years of experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, counselling prospective learners, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Follow up with warm leads and drive conversions
- Maintain daily sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly revenue and admission targets
- Build strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Counselling sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with targets and incentive-driven environment
- Basic CRM and MS Excel knowledge
