MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - Easy Buy to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing counter sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our Easy Buy segment. If you possess excellent communication skills, a knack for convincing, and a drive for sales success, we invite you to contribute to our continued growth in the luxury retail sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage counter sales activities at retail stores to achieve set sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (counter sales or related field).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven convincing power to meet sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
