Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and field-oriented Sales Executive to support business development activities in the building materials and construction products segment. The role involves regular field visits, client interaction, lead generation, and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field sales activities for building material and construction products
  • Identify and develop relationships with contractors, distributors, EPCs, and project stakeholders
  • Generate new leads and support conversion into orders
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on orders and dispatch coordination
  • Maintain daily visit reports, CRM updates, and sales data
  • Support vendor registrations, approvals, and basic documentation where required
  • Work towards assigned sales targets and territory growth

Requirements

Candidates must meet ALL conditions below:

Experience

  • Latest minimum 2 years of proven experience of:
    • Building materials OR
    • Construction products OR
    • Infrastructure / utility products

Education

  • Continuous regular education only
  • No education gap
  • No correspondence / distance / open university

Employment Type

  • No freelancers
  • No consultants working independently
  • Must be a full-time salaried professional

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp reporting
  • This role requires the candidate to have their own laptop and personal vehicle for field operations
  • Valid driving license is required

Compensation & Benefits

Probation Period

  • Duration: 46 months
  • Stipend during probation: 25,000 per month (fixed)

Post-Confirmation

  • CTC: 6,00,000 per annum (6 LPA) (fixed)

Sales Incentive

  • 1% incentive on monthly sales generated, as per company incentive policy

Joining Bonus

  • 1,00,000 on completion of 6 months from Date of Joining
  • 1,00,000 on completion of 1 year of continuous service
