Key Responsibilities
Camp Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement camp programs aligned with the hospital's community healthcare goals.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure camp activities are appropriate and safe for participants.
- Organize and manage logistics for camp activities including materials, facilities, and arrangements.
Marketing & Outreach
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote healthcare camps and hospital services.
- Collaborate with the hospital's marketing team to attract participants and create awareness about fertility services.
- Support promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives to expand patient reach.
Coordination & Logistics Management
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and volunteers for camp arrangements such as equipment, supplies, and food.
- Ensure smooth execution of both office-based and on-site camp activities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of camp supplies, budgets, and expenses.
- Prepare reports on camp activities, participant turnout, and outcomes.
Travel & Field Work
- Travel extensively to various locations for organizing and conducting medical camps.
- Support field operations and ensure effective coordination during camp events.
