Sales Executive

Location: Ghaziabad (field role across Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi, Hapur and Bulandshahr) · Full-time · On-site

Salary: Up to 50,000 per month, including performance-based incentive

Divy Power Pvt. Ltd. has designed and installed rooftop solar since 1998 and has delivered systems on 2,500+ homes across Delhi NCR and Uttar Pradesh. Our own engineering and field teams handle every project, from site survey to after-sales service.

What you'll do

• Visit 6–8 homeowners and housing societies a day, from leads our marketing team generates and your own area work
• Explain rooftop solar, the PM Surya Ghar subsidy and net metering in simple terms, then recommend the right system size
• Generate at least 3 new leads and 3 references a day, and run 2 area camps a week
• Prepare quotations with our design team and close orders; target is converting 20% of qualified leads into orders
• Walk customers through the booking amount and loan options with our partner NBFCs
• Log every visit, call and WhatsApp follow-up in our CRM the same day
• Hand over each order to the installation team and stay the customer's contact until commissioning

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years of field sales experience (solar, modular kitchens, real estate, consumer durables or insurance)
• Clear spoken Hindi and English
• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
• Comfortable with daily field work across Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi, Hapur and Bulandshahr
• Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp and a CRM app
