Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing meaningful relationships, and understanding clients unique needs to provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, creating presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the marketing team to align sales strategies with company goals and utilizing industry knowledge to enhance client satisfaction are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and meeting sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strategic Thinking and Initiative: Creativity, problem-solving, and self-motivation in devising sales strategies and taking initiative.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing: Understanding of website development, SEO, SMO, branding, and PPC management is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
