Dalal Gruh and Infra. Projects (DGIP) is involved and focussed in developing gated spaces for enlightened and enjoyable living. The group is also engaged in the logistics business for the past 50 years which has helped crest the company's motto of being customer-centric. The group has plans to develop 3 million sq ft with a land bank of 6 million sq ft mainly located in the Mango Country, Valsad district, south Gujarat. Our first phase of development of 0.7 million sq ft is completed and handed over to overjoyed buyers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Valsad. The Sales Executive will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, presenting service offerings, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure excellent client service. The role requires active participation in sales strategies and responding to inquiries to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in Customer Service and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
