Job Description

5.5 DAYS work week.

  • Responsible for sourcing new customers and generating leads.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations within 24 hours.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, closing, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout.
  • Confirm next-day appointments with customers and update all bookings in the system.
  • Schedule and coordinate technicians daily job assignments.
  • Inform clients promptly of any delays or service issues.
  • Prepare quotations for replacement or new air-conditioning installations.
  • Liaise with clients via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp for follow-ups and updates.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Assist in roadshows, marketing activities, and support other departments when required.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
