Sales Executive / Customer Advisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive / Customer Advisor based in Nagpur. The Sales Executive / Customer Advisor will engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, provide detailed recommendations, and guide them through product offerings. Core tasks include maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing quotations, assisting with purchasing processes, and reporting sales performance to management. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of products or services.

• Sales and Customer Service skills, including effective communication, relationship management, and negotiation abilities
• Product Knowledge and Technical Awareness in areas related to the automotive industry or related fields
• Proficiency in Problem-Solving, Understanding Customer Requirements, and Delivering Tailored Solutions
• Basic Computer Skills, such as MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
• Experience in Automotive or Retail Sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently on-site
