Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role in a hybrid work model, based in Silvassa with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting FRICTA products. Daily tasks include sales planning, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, participating in industry events, and providing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development, client engagement, and B2B sales
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the industrial or automotive lubricants market is an advantage
  • Proficiency in market research and basic data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
