Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and cross-sell financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, and other offerings to existing and new customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement
  • Conduct field visits, tele-calling, and partner location interactions to generate business leads
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, eligibility, and application process
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collect and verify KYC documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal branch teams and external channel partners to optimize sales outcomes
  • Provide timely updates and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and local market trends
