Sales Executive

Role Overview :

Seeking a dynamic Sales Executive - Aqua Sales to drive dealer development and corporate sales. Focus on field sales, customer acquisition, market expansion, and receivables follow-ups across the aquaculture belt.

Key Responsibilities :

Dealer network expansion & corporate sales

Field visits, lead generation & order closures

Relationship building with farmers, hatcheries & influencers

Product promotions, demos & basic technical support

Market intelligence & competitor tracking

Receivables follow-ups & timely collections

Daily sales & collection reporting

Coordination with technical & operations teams

Requirements :

Life Science Graduate (Aqua / Feed / Agri / FMCG / Specialty Chemicals)

Dealer handling & direct customer sales exposure

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Target-driven, field-oriented & field-motivated

Willing to travel extensively
