Designation: Sales Executive (Field and Office Sales)
Primary Responsibility:
To support sales growth by handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with production/logistics, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesaller.
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
Required Skills:
- Good Communication Skill, Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of distribution models and retail dynamics
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical mindset with a focus on execution
- Basic knowledge of pricing, margins, GST, and invoicing
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability
- Learning attitude and result-oriented mindset.
Key Result Areas:
Internal:
- Office Sales Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from dealers/customers
- Assist seniors in sales support and execution of planning
- Prepare order entries in CRM or offline and shared to operation team
- Coordinate with Operation and accounts teams for sample process, Billing and other report work
- Maintain sales records, follow-ups, and MIS reports
- Ensure smooth communication between senior sales person and office
Reporting & Coordination
Daily reporting of visits, orders, and follow-ups
Maintain customer database and order status
Support marketing campaigns and exhibitions if required
External:
- Field Sales Responsibilities
- Visit tile dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors as per route plan
- Introduce company tile products, sizes, finishes, and schemes
- Collect orders and follow up for dispatch schedule and payment
- Support dealer branding activities (boards, displays, samples)
- Gather market information on competitor pricing, designs, schemes
- Develop new dealer leads in assigned territory head
Evaluation Criteria:
Internal: Every Month and Every Quarter through Specific Formats and check CRM Software Update
External: Through Daily activity monitoring Sheet for Sales VS Actual , No of Customer vs Actual Achievements
Primary Internal Interactions: Accounts and Operation Dept
Education Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc preferred)
Work Experience: Fresher / Entry-level candidate
Working Hours: 9.30 AM- 6.00 PM
Location: Rajkot
