Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive on the Core Team at Elevate Yoga. The Sales Executive will identify and connect with potential customers, build meaningful relationships, and present tailored solutions that align with client needs. Responsibilities include actively generating new leads, converting prospects into members through consultative selling, and collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, meeting sales targets, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
  • Business Development, Prospecting, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Strong Communication, Active Listening, and Negotiation abilities
  • Sales Strategy creation and Target Achievement experience
  • Proficiency in using digital tools, platforms, or CRM software
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
  • Understanding of yoga or wellness industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Passion for promoting holistic health and building strong communities
