Job Description

This role is for a Sales Executive dedicated to the Antiseptic Disinfectant Liquid (ASDL) business. This is a one-year fixed-term contract position, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for market mapping, client acquisition, and building strong customer relationships within the pharma manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market mapping for pharma manufacturing companies in designated locations.
  • Identify key stakeholders and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Present the benefits of ASDL, understand customer use cases, and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Support customers with required product literature and test certificates.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales funnel to ensure monthly customer conversions and increase the customer base.
  • Ensure monthly repeat business to meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Travel extensively to meet customers regularly, ensuring a strong presence in the assigned geography.
  • Identify and assign distributors, provide timely forecasts, ensure stock availability, and prepare monthly sales reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred, or an MBA Marketing fresher from a Tier 2/3 campus.
  • Good communication skills in local languages, Hindi, and English.
  • A presentable and well-groomed appearance.
  • Must have their own vehicle.
  • Strong abilities in cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
