About Us

Carbolink India Pvt. Ltd. is an expanding leader in the construction chemical industry. We are looking for a driven, result-oriented Sales Executive to accelerate our growth and strengthen our dealer, distributor, and project sales networks across the region.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Channel Development: Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Business Growth: Drive new business acquisition and expand market share across your assigned territory.
• Field Sales: Regularly visit markets, retail dealers, contractors, and active project sites.
• Lead Management: Generate fresh leads and efficiently convert enquiries into successful sales.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends.
• Reporting: Maintain neat, up-to-date sales reports and detailed customer visit logs.

Preferred Industry Background

We are looking for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in:

• Construction Chemicals & Waterproofing
• Tile Adhesives, Paints, & Coatings
• Cement, Concrete Products, or Sanitaryware
• Consumer Durables/ Home Appliances
• General Building Materials (Channel / Dealer Sales or B2B Project Sales)

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in business development and managing distribution channels.
• Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient.
• Must have: A valid driving license and a strong willingness to travel.
