Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time hybrid role based in Ranchi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet sales targets. Other responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, delivering exceptional services, and continuously exploring new business opportunities and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sales planning, CRM tools, and understanding of sales processes
- Ability to perform market research, analyze trends, and identify potential business opportunities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of IT solutions and services sales is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a commission-based sales role is a plus
