Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Executive – Coaching & Training role based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Executive will identify, qualify, and engage prospective participants for UCF's coaching and certification programs through outbound calls, digital outreach, events, and referrals. Responsibilities include conducting consultative sales conversations, understanding individual and organizational development needs, and recommending suitable UCF programs and pathways. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and follow-up to enrollment closure—while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and program teams to align messaging, support campaigns, and provide feedback from the market, as well as represent UCF at webinars, info sessions, and offline events to build brand presence and trust.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or inside sales, ideally in education, training, or professional services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills, with the ability to explain value propositions clearly and confidently.
- Comfort working with targets, sales pipelines, and CRM tools; ability to prioritize leads and manage follow-ups efficiently.
- Interest in coaching, leadership development, and personal growth; prior exposure to L&D, HR, or coaching programs is an advantage.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse professionals, from early-career individuals to senior leaders, across geographies.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, with resilience, persistence, and a commitment to ethical, learner-centric selling.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, psychology, HR, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup from Navi Mumbai and occasionally support events, workshops, or info sessions outside standard hours.
